Our printing technologies
We mainly print on 7 to 70 aluminium and associated multilayer films, but also upon request on paper, film and all types of multilayer film that we produce or buy in.
Flexo printing
One to ten colors in solvent, UV or water-based ink, up to 1 200 mm
Gravure printing
One to eight colors in solvent ink, up to 1 200 mm.
Digital printing
Machine width: 790 mm, four-color white printing, water-based ink.
One to eight colors in UV inks, up to 420 mm.
Offset
One to four colors with traditional ink, size 520 x 720 mm.
Complementary technologies
In addition we are able to answer the full range of specific processes.
Laminating
Solvent less 1 or 2 components adhesive, up to 1 200 mm.
Specific coating
Mineral & bio wax, Hotmelt and heat or cold sealing lacquer, up to 1 200 mm.
Roll cutting
Any size of width on all types of core.
Sheet cutting
All size sheet, cheese labels and pre-cut lids.
Embossing
Standard and specific tailor made.
